What we do with your information

What we collect

When you book a tour, message a branch on WhatsApp, or apply for a job, you share your name, phone number, email and — for job applications — your CV.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange your visit, or consider your application. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored securely in our booking and recruitment systems. CVs sit in private storage that only our hiring team can open.

Who sees it

Only the staff at the branch you contacted, and the team that runs this website. Service providers that host our booking form and systems act on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry or application. If you don’t join us, we delete it when it is no longer useful.

Analytics

We use standard analytics to see which pages families visit. This is aggregated and does not identify your child or family.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us at any time — email info@tinyhoppers.sa and we will handle it promptly.
